         Town Center Improvement District (TCID) of Montgomery County  coordinates with area businesses, government offices, and the community to continue the dynamic economic growth and the quality experience of Town Center, a premier destination in The Woodlands. TCID facilitated the sale of bonds to build The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center and created a special Economic Development Zone to assist The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in its expansion.
