    A builder/developer and entrepreneur since 1957, Vincent Kickerillo’s trademark designs have become Houston’s iconic homesteads.  His passion is to build peace of mind for each homeowner by delivering style, function and value.

    Currently, Kickerillo is actively building in five communities.  Lakes of Parkway is the largest, located on Briar Forest, off Eldridge.  Lakes of Parkway has a variety of homes under various stages of completion.  Kickerillo Signature Homes, Elite Homes, Villas, and the newest product of Kickerillo Townhomes are featured in this community.

    The Vintage is a 640-acre, heavily-wooded tract located at Louetta and SH249.  Within The Vintage lies Vintage Lakes, a community of 145 single-family homes in which Kickerillo is the sole builder. Homes are priced from $550,000 to over $2 million. Set behind a 50-foot natural tree buffer, Vintage Lakes has a gated entrance and two fountain lakes.

    Rolling Creek offers homebuyers something completely different. This is a heavily-wooded community of just 29 Estate Homes, all on oversized lots of 1.6 acres to 3 acres. Just south of Westpark Tollway (FM 1093) on FM 723 in Fort Bend County, Rolling Creek was conceived as a hidden-away sanctuary for homebuyers who prefer to remain secluded from hectic city life.

    LakeForest embodies the ultimate in fine lake living. Oversized lots, landscapes, four fountain lakes with water features and the Katy Independent School District all enhance residential life in this guarded and gated community.

    Kickerillo’s newest venture is within the Trendmaker Development of Cross Creek Ranch, a master-planned community located in Fulshear, Texas.  As the exclusive custom builder within this community, Kickerillo homes will be located in the gated “Lakes of Cross Creek” section.  These mostly waterfront home sites will feature homes from Kickerillo’s Elite Homes and Signature Collection homes.
