The Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau (GHCVB) is the principal marketing organization for the city of Houston and Harris County. 

The organization develops tourism, attracts conventions and illuminates the city as an international presence through advertising, public relations, and other special promotions. 

The GHCVB offers many services including convention coordination, an international marketing group and the Houston Protocol Alliance, the Houston Film Commission, and they operate a Visitors Center at City Hall, Katy Mills Mall, and the Bay Area Houston Visitors Center in Webster.
